Effective March 31-June 10, 2020 - For the health, safety, and welfare of the Town of Waverly starting March 31, 2020 there will be a 9:00pm-5:00am curfew for all Waverly citizens of all ages. This does not apply to those who are exempted by Governor Northam's Executive Order of March 30, 2020. Waverly's curfew will remain in full force until June 10, 2020 unless amended or rescinded by Executive Order.
Effective March 17, 2020, Town Hall will be closed to the public except for essential personnel. Town Hall will remain closed until further notice.
